I think my hair is falling out. I've noticed it for a while but I'm really starting to become concerned. I don't know if I just wasn't eating well enough for a while or what. Okay, I know I wasn't. I need to get back into the habit and start a good multivitamin.

I'm not losing a hair here or there. I'm losing like 10 hairs when I run my hand through my hair. A lot. Even after I already brushed it.

I don't know what to do. I've never had this issue and I've always taken a lot of pride in my hair so I'm kinda' terrified.

I have started a weight loss journey on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 360lb exactly. Then on Monday, March 10, 2025, I added a compound tirzepatide thanks to my doctor. I was weighing in at a whopping 355.6lb.

Why am I making these changes?

  • I want to feel pretty.
    • I'm stoked to see how my face card upgrades.
  • I want to find nice clothes and look good.
    • I honestly cannot wait to be able to walk into a store and not have to go to the hidden little rack in the back for the fat girls and most of that not even fitting.
  • I want my health to be better than it ever has been.
  • I want to move freely in / with my body.

Here's how my weight is going. Please note that I weigh myself first thing in the morning after peeing. For the sake of record keeping ☆ & ★ will indicate I was menstruating with the white star representing spotting (prior to both usages, a star is simply to indicate mensturation and no differentiation between spotting or more flow). On days that I took my tirzepatide 💉 will be used and dosage noted. ✓ Will indicate that I walked that day and each check (✓) is 30 minutes.

This is starting to remind me of Tamagotchi. I might need a second list.

  • I stopped by Lane Bryant today just to see if they had any tops that I might like. They did, 4. I bought a 22/24 in all of them. Y'all. Did you know that Lane Bryant is known to run small? And I basically just went down a full size comfortably. I really thought I was still a 26/28. I picked up that size first. It was way too big. I'm so glad. I can't wait to have even more options! There were a few tops that I couldn't find in anything larger than an 18 or 20. I'm nearly there already.

J and I have started a challenge to make sure that we eat our five a day every day. I've decided to keep track for the new year with a list!

I measure my food in grams and so I'll be doing that and dividing it by 80 to determine servings. There may be instances when there are adjustments. For example, 30g of dates is considered one of your five a day and only 1 serving of legumes or white potatoes counts! Veggie snack trays and prepackaged salads are being logged as 1 serving / 80g unless I know their weight.

I am aiming for a more elevated casual look but I don't want to age myself. I'm trying to decide what style I want to wear.

I feel very comfortable in nice flats, well fitting leggings, and a nice top or even just a well fitting tshirt. I am a millenial after all!

I also like to wear nice jewelry and if I can find a good bag, I'll take it!
