brushing the bridge of my nose.
digging into arm when trying to contain aggravation.
not thinking before speaking when temper is lost.
licking at my teeth.

skipping meals over the course of quite a few days.
only consuming caffeine and nicotine.

tanned skin (graced from father's italian roots).
freckled nose and cheeks, spreads slightly toward forehead and near upper lip. fades gradually over winter months but still visible. few noticeable on shoulders.
