it all started with a little show called

• charmed. it was a little show about witches and magic and my cousin, monica, got me addicted during our annual summer visit to ohio.
• gilmore girls. beginning of seventh grade, abc family had gotten the syndication rights and oh boy was that the best thing that ever happened to me. it made me snarkier.
• grey's anatomy. so towards the end of my seventh grade year one of my lunchtable friends said 'have you seen grey's anatomy? you've got to watch it'. a couple days later the episode save me aired. it was the eight ep of the first season. summer went by and i forgot about it. and then mystically i saw the premiere. and i was a goner. that moment brought me a lot of amazing experiences, especially after real life friendships fell on hard times.
