  • Keep a book of favorite quotes
  • Do not engage in confrontations with anyone. In-Person or online. It's a waste of time, and energy.
  • Avoid alcohol within 3 hours of bedtime on worknights. (Besides 1 glass of wine)
  • Sleep no less than 3 hours and no more than 9 hours & never sleep past 11.
  • Accept the consequences of your actions.
  • It’s better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.
  • Always give compliments, and never
  • Read every day
  • Have candor and say no if you don't want to do it, or it's not a good idea to you.
