- go to bed by 10, which means stop watching TV after 9 
 
    - wake up around 6, so I can exercise several times a week and prepare for work sometimes 
 
    - start eating breakfast at home 
 
    - stop eating poorly 
 
    - stop drinking soda 
 
    - drink more water 
 
    - enjoy spending my day with children 
 
    - feel prepared to do my job effectively 
 
    - read more 
 
    - keep apartment clean (make it cleaner)
