  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (about 35)
  • 2 c. grated cheddar, divided
  • 4 T. unsalted butter (melted) + 2 T. cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni (about 8 oz. uncooked), drained and kept hot
  • 2 lg. eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 t. salt

directions

  • preheat oven to 350F. lightly grease 8 cups of a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • in a bowl, mix crackers, 1 c of cheddar, and melted butter. divide mixture among prepared muffin cups and press firmly into the bottom and up the sides.

(makes 8 servings) ingredients

  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) jell-o strawberry flavor gelatin
  • 18 fresh strawberries, stemmed
  • 2/3 c. (2-qt. line) kool-aid strawberry mix/any red flavor

directions

  • add boiling water to gelatin in medium bowl; stir 2 min. (until dissolved)
  • cut berries in half; mash berries and drink mix in large bowl. stir in gelatin.
  • pour into 8 (5-oz.) paper/plastic cups.
  • cover cups with foil; insert pop sticks into center of each (for handle). freeze 2 hours/until firm.

  • 3 T. Kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 T. A.1. original steak sauce

directions

  • heat grill to med-high heat.
  • peel onion; partially cut into 6 wedges, careful not to cut through bottom of onion.
  • place on large sheet of foil. gently pull onion wedges apart; sprinkle with cheese. drizzle with steak sauce. wrap tightly with foil.
  • grill 40 min./until onion is tender and lightly browned.
