  • once in a while i bottle up my feelings. it makes me antisocial.
  • it's almost impossible for me to stay content for very long at all. i guess that's a good thing and a bad thing. i don't know if i want to *fix* it but it makes all my relationships more short-lived.
  • i am ridiculously good at hiding my feelings
  • i tend to run from problems. so when they're between me and another person sometimes they don't get fixed or acknowledged and we fall apart.
  • i beat myself up over things that haven't even happened yet.
  • i make bad choices when it comes to what to hold on to and what to let go.
