• First movie I ever saw in a theater..."Bambi" at the Lincoln Theatre in Union City, NJ...
• In high school, junior year I think, I had to read "The Grapes of Wrath" in English Lit...I spent many a sunset reading that book, night after night, until I fell asleep or just had no sunset enough to see clearly...then I had Phillip Steinberg teach me the meaning of the story in class...I hated him, but the movie became my favorite...I have it on DVD...
• My favorite movie to date is "Big Fish" directed by Tim Burton...it reminds me a lot of my dad...it's a long story, but a 'must see'...

• Back in the 60's, my favorite song was "Band of Gold" by the infamous Freda Payne...I could and would sing this everywhere and anywhere...thanks to my sister for listening to me every time...
• I have 5 children who range from 26 to 10...yeah, they have been a huge influence in what I listen to these days...everything from "30 seconds to Mars' to Michael Buble...I know...crazy...I enjoy listening to anyone who makes my day a better place to be...Lady Gaga is really my hype at the moment...
• The first real "radio love" I experienced was...cough...cough...Barry Manilow...that moved along in later years to the dear departed...bow your head...Dan Fogelberg...he was something...then Michael Bolton...the patch really helped me out with that last one...

• I think I got used to reading Good Housekeeping, Woman's Day and Family Circle at an early age...when I moved out to Colorado, my mom sent me a subscription and kept it going for years...I still grab a copy every once in a while...
• I remember the days of Seventeen...it was like a Bible to a girl who was barely 14...like having a Playgirl laying around...I actually gave myself the haircut I always wanted out of that magazine, a girl with sort of a pageboy thing going on...yep, that was my Bible...
