- its scientifically proven that coffee causes insomnia. even though i only had a cup today, the years of addiction it may have finally effected my brain.
- i only stepped out at sunset today. the sun regulates sleeping ...nerves? (i read this half-ironically off of GOOP?)
- light from the computer mixes up time zones or sleeping patterns according to my grandma...
- too many episodes of criminal minds. the last one i watched was very exciting thus, filling me with crime profiling adrenaline.
- slept till 11am this morning.
