• Chicken Fajitas, homemade marinade (1/5)- too much lime juice.
• Sweet Potato & Coconut Soup (3/5)- too much coconut milk, next time more spice
• Lancashire Hotpot (5/5) from good food magazine (pg. 98)
• Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Icing from the Cake Doctor (2/5). need a light cake pan, bottom burnt and couldn't get past the burnt choco taste.

February :

• Fried Okra (4/5)
• Rosemary Chicken with Potato Wedges (4/5)
• Taramind Chicken with golden Mash (1/5) only the chicken was salvagable. Otherwise...

• Blue Oyster Cult Behind the Music-Will Ferrell playing cow bell and Christopher Walken as the music producer. It's become so well known, but I'm happy to know that I saw it when it first aired and remember talking about it non-stop at school the next day. "I need more cow bell, baby".
• Norm MacDonald presenting Weekend Update. The best one in my opinion.
• Chris Farley as Matt Foley the motivational speaker. The sketch with David Spade and Christina Applegate as the teenagers. I was in stitches the first time I saw this.
• Celebrity Jeopardy- There are so many good variations of this sketch, but my favorite is when David Duchovny was guest starring and did an amazing impersonation of Jeff Goldblum.
• Chris Farley and Adam Sandler in the Schmidtt's Gay Beer commercial.
