• Bluesfest (Red Devil Park, Byron Bay, NSW, April 2007): Heaps of music! Blues, rock, funk, ska, reggae, hiphop, latin, rap, punk, irish, bluegrass, soul, country! Opened my eyes to a whole lot of new artists and sounds; as well as well-known artists that were fantastic to see live. The experience was more than just the music and the feel was fantastic-- bit of second hand marijuana?

• Play processional music for the Victorian Premier
• Assist in the sale of coffee, cake vouchers (I still have some!) and raffle tickets (with about ten seconds notice) during a fundraiser jazz night. I also had to assist with the raffle and got to model and distribute prizes

• Writing ridiculous hard quizzes for guests who didn't even speak English
• Wasting the preparation time on Thursday googling random things on the internet or just talking because the whole thing was kind of a joke
• Paying out on Tom all the time, or at least laughing when Declan did
• Indian taxi drivers who couldn't speak English and asked for step-by-step directions even to promiment locations/streets in the local area
• That one woggy taxi driver who took us in his maxi-cab (luxurious!) and told us how the Indian taxi drivers were all dirty cheaters
