- wash my face morning and night without fail
- under no circumstances am I to go to bed with any makeup on
- buy a good face wash which is gentle to the skin
- moisturize twice a day
- go on the wii fit at least once a day for about an hour
- get up early enough to walk to college + get there on time every day and STOP getting the bus - the exercise will do me a lot of good
- stop biting my lip
- file my nails every day
- cut them once a week
- do my hair and makeup properly each day and make an effort to look good rather than just the bare minimum - this ties in with getting up early too
- grow my hair back

- no matter how hungry i am i will not eat just before sleeping anymore
- pack my own lunch for college everyday so i don't spend money on food there -> apple for half 10 (or 11) + sandwiches + side for lunch
- start going with mum to 'keep fit' classes once a week
- do my own workout once a week too
- dress warmly when it's appropriate so i don't feel like getting the bus home when it's cold
- drink more water (again)
- big breakfast, reasonable lunch, small dinner -> try
- start doing my exercise diary again

- My immune system is probably drowning in sorrow right now. Like, I don't even want to know what my organs must look like.
- This is crude and some will think it's not what people really want to read about, but: I do not go for a shit enough. It's not good. It's how my mum got bowel cancer when she was pregnant with me. This needs to improve, pronto.
- I nearly always feel bloated and sluggish, especially after a usually junk-filled meal.
- I am tired, constantly, despite the fact I sleep like a sloth.
- My skin is really not good, at all. Probably due to lack of water and proper cleansing routine.
- Ditto for my hair. If I'm gonna dye it soon, it needs to be in a lot better condition than this.
- I sweat too much. It's fucking gross.

- how i (+ others) seem to have become somewhat dependent on social networking sites. facebook is good every few days but when you use it every single day and stay online for hours that's when it gets boring

- Eat a decent breakfast every day, some whole wheat/bran cereal and a piece of fruit, or a glass of fruit smoothie, or find something yummy yet still healthy in one of Mum's cookbooks if I have time to cook.
- Avoid red meat if I can help it - if I am given some in a meal, have lots of vegetables and water too.
- Drink at least 4 pints of water every day.
- Always have a pint of water with a meal. If I'm having tea or coffee with breakfast, have the water after.
- Continue taking cod liver oil tablets.
- Go back to doing my sit-ups, squats and leg-ups routine every evening.

- learn to roll fags so i can stop spending copious amounts of money on packs of straights
- always make sure i get up early enough to go to the bank and deposit my wages into my account before college on monday mornings
- don't actually carry any money if possible
- any money i get put it in the bank straight away, if possible
- only withdraw from free cash points and stick to that rule
- make sure if i'm going out on the weekend, be it day or night, i eat a big meal before i go so i won't buy food out
