• Brush yo' teeth and flosszs
  • Use conditioner from the ears down only (so roots aren't weighed down)
  • Lemon juice + sunshine = blondes you up
  • SUNSCREEN -> Put it EVERYWHERE but especially:
    • On your neck and hands. These are the first places to show signs of aging and skin damage is cumulative so slather it on!
    • On yo' FACE. Keep that skin lookin' nice.
    • On your feet if you don't want a stupid-looking sandal tan in the spring/summer
  • Hair and skin products are best purchased from a reputable department store, doctor or salon, if you can afford it. They just work better than the drugstore stuff.
  • Eat healthy food and exercise! It shows.
  • Wash your pillowcase often. Oil and dead skin cells build up quick, yo.
  • When putting any kind of foundation or tinted moisturizer on, start from the middle of the face, out.
  • Keep it natural, fools. ;) Brianna OUT.
  • Sometimes toothpaste on a pimple works. Like 85% of the time. So does putting hydrogen peroxide on it. I'm obsessed with hydrogen peroxide. Don't worry about it fizzing up on your skin. That's the fun part anyways. :) Val Pal
  • When putting on foundation which we all four don't need to use a lot of, it goes on rather smoothly if you mix it with moisturizer
  • Shampoo and condition hair first, then wash your face. Gets rid of the shampoo/conditioner chemicals that were sitting on your face and hairline.
  • Neutrogena 3-in-one concealer/undereye-cream/something else... is the best thing in the world. (Julia!)
  • Always use make-up that's minerals-based! Except I don't... But my mom's eyebrow lady says this all the time, and she knows better than I...
  • Moisturize your face! Dry skin can increase oil.
  • Get prescription topical acne medication, if you can. Spot treat with it, on face/back/chest as needed. It will change your life.
  • Most fabulous lotion ever: Bath and Bodyworks Lay it On Thick
  • If you run out of shaving cream while in the shower and don't want to rummage through your drawers dripping wet, shower creams/gels work!
  • Detangler is a beautiful thing, when used in reasonable amounts and targeted areas.
